    You should probably warn people it's based off an old version of the emulator from last year and if they update they'll lose the ability to load from covers.

    [SPOILER="Features and updates this release is lacking"]3.2.3 - October 7, 2010

    * Sync with upstream SVN - fixes a few specific game issues
    * Fixed "blank listing" issue for SMB

    * Added Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese translations
    * Channel updated (improved USB compatibility)
    * Other minor changes

    3.2.2 - August 14, 2010

    * IOS 202 support removed
    * USB 2.0 support via IOS 58 added - requires that IOS58 be pre-installed
    * DVD support via AHBPROT - requires latest HBC

    3.2.1 - July 22, 2010

    * Fixed broken auto-update

    3.2.0 - July 20, 2010

    * Fixed 16:9 correction in Original mode

    * Other minor changes

    3.1.4 - March 30, 2010

    * DVD / USB 2.0 support via IOS 202. DVDx support has been dropped. It is highly recommended to install IOS 202 via the included installer
    * Multi-language support (only French translation is fully complete)
    * Thank you to everyone who submitted translations
    * SMB improvements/bug fixes
    * Minor video & input performance optimizations

    Thanks for letting me know Darkcide666. This is the only version I could find so I figured it was the latest one, obviously Im wrong. Do you have a link to the most updated version 3.2.3? Why will I lose the ability to load from covers if I update?

    Because it's an unsupported non-official fork of the project. The person who coded it only used the one base rev and hasn't updated since. Any time you update it gives you the newest rev of the official emulator which completely deletes whatever code was inserted for the cover version. Tantric is the mad man of emulator ports for the Wii if you look at his emulators change logs in comparison to the others. I'm sure it probably wouldn't be hard for someone to cover mod the newest version if the source were available from the non-official version or knew a bit about coding for the Wii and could write something similar in themselves. It's just that nobody has taken it upon themselves.

    The official version can be found on the Google Code page. It's not bad to have a link to the non-official fork though. Some people may forgo the the official updates just for the ability to launch from covers which is pretty cool. I myself like to update as soon as I boot the emulator and see an update is available so I don't use the cover mod version. I was thinking about covering it later on in my emulator guides but I'm sticking with official versions for the most part for now.

    Yea Im one of those people who wont update so I can use this version. I would love to cover mod the updated version of FCE Ultra GX but I dont know how to write code for Wii. But like you said, its just that know body has taken it upon themselves. Well I am willing to learn how to do it. Do you know of any guides or tutorials for writing code to mod emulators such as FCE Ultra GX?

    No sir. I don't code them I just play with them. I'm pretty sure I could pull the code from the cover mod version if the source were ever made available and recompile the official version with it inserted. That wouldn't be that hard and would be more along the lines of ability. But as far as I know the source has never been made available for the non-official version.

    Would it be possible to use the source/code from the Snes9x GX cover mod and apply that code to the most up to date version of FCE Ultra GX or even Vba GX, to enable cover art?
