    Cursor Issue

    Hi all,

    here's the deal:

I'm am playing Wii games from my HDD for a couple of years now. Recently I added a game. While playing the game suddenly freezed. After rebooting my Wii and after entering the "USB Loader GX" ... The cursor on my screen moves the other way around. So up becomes down, left becomes right, etc... The finger of the hand also points down. Not that easy to play games now :-)

    The Question:

Where should i find a reason (the software, that particular game, the hardware, ...)???

Is there a special word for this kind of problem so i can perform more advanced searches on this forum??

    Cheers

I have heard this happen to homebrew - it is apparently down to isntalling a "bad" cIOS which game was it that started this problem; it may have attempted to perform an update and "broke" something.
I don't think this will work but try deleting the gxglobal.cfg and gxgamesettings.cfg files from the CONFIG folder on your SD/USB device. Dont worry this just deletes the USB loader GX settings and is a reconmended fix by the USB Loader GX team for many problems.

The game was "Michael Jackson - The experience"

Is there something I can do that prevents the game from breaking it again after the fix??

How can I access both files you suggest I delete?

Delete the gxglobal.cfg and gxgamesettings.cfg files from the CONFIG folder on your SD/USB device.
So you need to plug your SD or HDD into your PC and delete the gxglobal.cfg and gxgamesettings.cfg files from the config folder, it would most likely be on your SD (it is whichever device the USB Loader GX is on - it generally is the SD card).

Also You should have Priiloader/Preeloader or something similar on your Wii to prevent system updates as these can brick your Wii when you have softmods.
