Thread: Exit game to USB loader instead of Wii Menu

    Exit game to USB loader instead of Wii Menu

    I have tried searching and have not found an answer. I wanted to know if there is a way to exit games (I normally just hit HOME then WII MENU and reload the usb loader) but instead of going all the way back to the wii menu, just go back to the usb loader without the extra step.

    You can set Priiloader to boot to your USB loader. Then when you exit a game it will boot back into your USB loader rather than the home menu. The only drawback to that method is it will automatically boot your USB loader when you start your Wii. USB loader GX is supposed to be able to boot back to itself but I've never gotten it to work personally. I don't know about any of the other loaders.

    Wiiflow can do that, that is how I have it setup.

    Return To Channel
    Return to a specific channel when you exit a game. Could be a WiiFlow forwarder or the Homebrew Channel for example. Can bet set individually in game settings.

    yeah wiiflow and cfg can both do it

    for cfg you just have to add to config.txt

    return_to_channel = XXXX(forwarder id)

    Just look for the config.txt file in the folder of the USB loader your using and paste this into it ,

    return_to_channel = XXXX < replace xxxx with the forwarder I.D you used

    You will need to know what what forwarder.wad you used for the USB loader , if not sure look at the files in the guide of the softmod you used,
    my forwarder was called ( USBLoaderCFG_Forwarder-UCXF.wad ) so all I did was replace xxxx with UCXF
