Exclamation nothing runs after changing ios

Can anyone point me in the right direction to sort a problem i have now got on my wii

after trying to change my ios to 20 with drop iso the wii locked up. I decided in the end to re power it up. Now if i click anything on the front page like homebrew, a game or browser it goes to the start button then when i click start the wii goes black screen then reboots.
i can not get back in to homebrew to reload iso36

I tried upgrading the wii thinking this may cure it to no avail either.

    any ideas
    Thanks
    Rob

You will have to remod you wii after updating to 4.3, but it sounds like it is not even letting you run an original disc. Is that the case?

yes I can not run anything on the wii except wii settings, even games go to a black screen ( this started before the update)

if you have bootmii as boot2, you can run homebrew through cboot2...

does the drive light flash twice at startup?
    or once
the option in the hbc means you have it installed as an ios
