    Troubles with Bootmii

Ok, I'm trying to install Bootmii and load the needed files off of my SD card, press Bootmii, select Install Bootmii as ISO and get this:
    Code:
    Mounting SD Card
    Creating Directory '/bootmii'...
    Writing '/bootmii/arnboot.bin'...
    Writing '/bootmii/ppcboot.efl'...
    FAILED (-1).
**In the third line where it says arnboot, it may or may not be armboot, can't quite tell my TV**

I've tried installing it as boot2 as well and tried to do the Prepare SD Card option, same error for both.
    Thanks!

Sorry about not reading the pinned threads first.

Anyways, I used the files from this tutorial:
    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...y-4-2-wii.html

And I get the same error as stated in the OP but now it says
    (-2)
    short write, SD card full?

I KNOW the card isn't full.

Doesn't say the brand on my card, that cheap right? :P

So, would I need a Sandisk or is it just strongly recommended?

Its the most compatible and recommended in all the guides. You need one as your card is not working with bootmii! (as a lot of cheap cards do not)

Not trying to sound like a jackass, but do you already have the Homebrew Channel set up on your wii?
