Moved to a more appropriate section.

It could be a mailbox brick. Try booting into maintenance mod by press +,- and A at the health screen a few times and see if you still get the message.

When are you getting this error? When turning on the wii? When exiting a game?

    There are two possible solutions.
    1. Reinstall system ios and system menu and priiloader v0.4 and re-enable system hacks.
    2. Do a system format from the wii system settings.

It happened when I exited a game
and since when I boot it happens.

Can't do a system format as it won't let me get past the warning screen.

Did you try getting into the system menu in maintenance mode as Krafter suggested? Press and hold + - at health warning screen until system menu comes up. If it works, do a format from the Wii settings menu.
