    Wii update help

Right i'm kind of a newbie and need help with my sisters wii. My sister has a pal wii with 4.1E, some kind of hybred chip she had installed when the wii first became modded. It has the homebrew channel installed with neogammer. She has had just dance 2 but it wants to update and i don't want her to do that so i made a backup and took the update out but all she gets is a black screen. The backup is fine as tried it on my brother in laws wii and it played fine. I whet to play it through neo gammer but all i get is a green screen or this below.

I even tried it through gecko but it said somthing about ios 56 not installed or needed. I used sys check but all i get is this image below.

I installed DOP-Mii to get a DOP-Mii reports and this is what i got.

    "DOP-Mii Report"
    "Region", Europe (E)
    "Hollywood Version", 0x11
    "Wii Unique DeviceID", 45989263

IOS Version, FakeSign, ES_Identify, NAND, Flash
    "60 (v6174)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "55 (v4633)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "53 (v4113)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "50 (v4889)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled

    "36 (v3090)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "35 (v3088)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "34 (v3087)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "33 (v2832)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "31 (v3088)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "28 (v1292)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "22 (v777)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "21 (v522)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "17 (v517)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "15 (v265)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "14 (v262)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "13 (v15)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "12 (v11)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "9 (v520)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled

Like i said i myself have never been a wii person but i'm trying to sort this for my sister and her daughter and i don't want to brick the thing so i need as much help as i can get.

Yea, Neogamma is not going to work unless the console is softmodded by installing a cios. This one is not according to that system check.

So why does my brother in laws wii play this as his has the same chip and setop. The only difference is his wii has 3. somthing nit 4.1E. The games have always worked from the disk channel or neogammer but now its not playing ball so to speak.

I don't know about the other wii console, you haven't posted any info on that. You haven't said what chip is installed either. The only thing I can say from the system check posted is that that console is not softmodded, so there is no cios for neogamma to use.

I'm not sure a what chip its got as it was done by someone online a while ago but i think it was a wiikey or wiifree hybred and my brothers was done by the same guy at the same time. Its never been softmodded as it was hard modded and we never wanted to play games through usb. Ok so what are my options .
