Give me a reason to not buy a WODE?
Hi folks, I'm still fairly new to the modding scene and I was going to buy a Wiikey Fusion until I read about (some of) the problems people have had with them. I'm now on the verge of getting a WODE but with the extra expense, I need a few extra reasons to buy one.
I am in the UK, only interested in hard modding, want to play backup games through SD card/USB flash drive/USB HDD and would also like to play GC games too, so can you guys who own a WODE or know more about them give me some pointers as to what extra it can do over the fusion/other modchips as something extra to tell the wife would be a benefit .
Thanks in advance, Santi.
Hi, I'm in the UK and have a Wode.
You can play all your GC backups.
No need to softmod.
Useful to just have HBC, then you can run loaders that look pretty, but not required.
You can keep your Wii updated if you wish, or stay on an old version.
Firmware updates on the Wode are really easy, download from site, put on SD card, insert, poweron, it does it.
Any questions use this forum or WWW.WODEJUKEBOX.ORG • Index page

Thanks WiiJohn, much appreciated.
Could you point me in the direction of a good retailer, the quicker the delivery, the better.
The guy who runs Welcome to Modchip Depot - Modchip-Depot.com is pretty awesome (and is admin of this forum ) Great service and pretty cheap too!
