JPCSP 64Bit- Java PSP Emulator
Developer- v0.6 r1814
Latest Version- JPCSP Team
The homebrew coders from the JPCSP Team has released a new build of their Java PSP emulator for PC, JPCSP.
Jpcsp is a PlayStation Portable emulator for PC, started by shadow (the same great person that made PCSX & PCSX2) and joined by a great team. Jpcsp is the first psp emulator written in java, allowing to play your psp games on a PC.
Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler.
The project is still a beta release, but currently more than 120 games are already playable.
Video is supported but only Atrac3 sound is currently supported. Atrac3+ sound is not supported as there is currently no free codec available for this format.
* JPCSP v0.6 r1814
o Findings in __sceSasCore and __sceSasCoreWithMix: this might solve the "click"ing problem with background music.
* JPCSP v0.6 r1812
o Migration from JOGL to LWJGL 2.5. No new functionality has been introduced, it should be a "simple" API migration. It is required to support future new functionality.
o This release is still experimental as it has only be tested on Windows 32-bit. Please test other configurations (Windows 64 bit, Mac OS X, Linux 32/64).
* JPCSP v0.6 r1811
o Added thread delay for some sync IO's (analog to async IO's): might improve compatibility of games relying on IO timing.
* JPCSP v0.6 r1810
o MsgPipes: fixed typos spotted by i30817 (Issue 200)
* JPCSP v0.6 r1809
o Fixed size problem in save mode 8 (spotted by shadow)
