    Us USB Loader GX Freezes

Hello, everyone. I would certainly appreciate some help if anyone knows what's wrong!

I have a 4.2 Softmod. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a 1TB Seagate USB drive and have been loading all my games onto it (formatted to WBFS). Everything pretty much works fine, except when I scroll through the games. When I scroll through when the games are sorted as "Cascade," the menu freezes about the point that I reach the letter "H." When the games are sorted as "Tile," I get a Code Dump Error and the screen turns black, not at the same place as when it freezes in Cascade, but close. I've turned the Network AutoInit OFF, since I hear that can cause some problems sometimes.

Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance!

I don't know, actually, but I just updated it a couple of days ago, so I imagine it must be the most recent version. Thanks for the reply!

I use r938 w/o any problems. I recently modded a friends wii and ran the update for gx and it gave me problems. When I just downloaded the new version to my computer and replaced the .dol it worked fine.

I would unplug my hdd before loading the usb loader gx program and when it comes up then plug your hdd in (making sure to use the outer most usb port of your Wii of course).

Also, definently give configurable usb loader a try. Its really sweet!

I switched to CFG USB Loader with no problems. It took a little getting used to, but I like it so much more than GX. Thanks a million for the suggestion!
