Looks like you have Hermes V5 installed as 222/223; a lot of folks use V4 for those two, but V5 for 202 (not installed in your case). Wani's 249/250 should be updated to Rev 17. Other than that, your post "lacks" (ie what's she flustered about)?

What nightstah means to say (at least, that's what I believe he is trying to say) that nighstah wants some extra information why you want to update the wii. For example, do you want to update things because some games aren't working (and if so, which)?

In any case, I do have a few recommendations that do not directly involve updating, but are valuable nevertheless. First, run the hackmii installer again (you can just use the homebrew channel to do so) and see if you can install bootmii as boot2, if you haven't already done so. You might also want to update the homebrew channel, but that is optional. If you don't see any need to update it, just leave it as it is.
Furthermore, you might want to install priiloader, if you haven't already done so. There is a guide about installing it here on the forum.

Other than that, you might also want to check whether your back-up channel/USB Loader is up to date.
Awesome sig picture does not work

Well, updating isn't always good. Sometimes, an update might actually break things. For example, installing priiloader v0.5 (to update it) bricked some wii's, because of some bug in the homebrew channel. Therefor, we only recommend updating something if things aren't working.

Another example would be my laptop. An update from Windows broke my fingerprint reader and I couldn't log in anymore.

EDIT: and no, you don't need cIOSX rev19. Just stay at rev17.
