    Black Screen Of Death

    Hi there

    I have a wii with 4.1 firmware and a modchip + hbc + bootmii
I had the weather chanell and news channel double.
So i used anytitledeleter to delete the system channels.
After i did that it was gone and the wii was still working.
But after a restart i got a black screen of death.
So i maybe deleted the wrong system channel.
So i tried the tutorial on the site: Fully Brick, Bootmii/boot2 installed but No Nand Backup? Solution Here!

Yes i dont have any nand backup (stupid!! stupid stupid!!! )

So i installed these files with wadmanager:

    System Files 4.1 PAL
    System Menu v450 (4.1e)

But after this i,m still getting a bsod

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Btw i can.t use HBC and can only use a GC Controller

    Thanks in advance

Does your wii turn on with the wiimote? If not, it is a bad or loose bluetooth module. This can also cause black screen.

    1. Download this.
    2. Unpack it and place the contents on your SD card
    3. Put the SD card in your Wii and boot.
    4. Syscheck will automatically run and generate a report
    5. Open the syscheck.csv file created on your SD card with WordPad NOT Notepad.
    6. Copy and pasted the result here.

Is the time off on your Wii or is this an old report? Either way it it's not the version of Syscheck I gave you.

Your symptoms point to a problem with the SM or the system IOS but I see in this report you have both. Please clarify the date this report was generated.

And please use the edit button next time and don't bump your thread.

Weird syscheck says its running on IOS36 v16..

Is this a black screen at the wii menu Or black screen for HBC and apps?
    Damn I suck!!!!

Its a bsod @ the wii menu and bootmii gives also a bsod when i start HBC
The Date is from my wii i didnt took the effort to install date and time haha

So it blackscreens at the Wii Menu, but you can still access bootmii, but when you launch HBC it blackscreens again? Sounds like you have bootmii as boot 2 so that's a good sign.
    Damn I suck!!!!
