Have you tried "drag&drop"ing your ISOs into the manager instead?
I have loaded WBFS on my windows 7 system.
The program loads fine, I load my USB HD.
I select "browse" to select my ISO file and WBFS Manager does not open a directory to select your ISO file, it just sticks, any help will be welcomed!!
thanks for the idea, let me try that, will let you know what happens,
Have tried that, when dragging the iso file anywhere over the program, I am unable to drop it onto it.
Something i noted, when I connect the USB HD, windows 7 asks me if I want to format the drive, which I answer, no

Are you usin 3.0? I have windows 7 and when I was using wbfs formatted HDD, I had no problems with it. It does support drag and drop feature also.
Yes, I am using 3.0, I take it you just drag the file on to the program, doesn't work for me!
Uninstall and reinstall WBFS manager. Try a different download source.
Try wii backup manager or game manager.
Damn I suck!!!!
will do, thank you
HA HA, I checked back not only to recommend game manager or wbfs intellegent GUI, but also to inform OP of our wonderful edit feature, as triple, double posts even, are frowned upon., may even result in some reading time if warnings are not heeded.
