    Where is D3-2 chip?

Is it on dvd drive or on motherboard?

On the drive. It is possible to change out the drive to a non-D3-2 and play backup DVD-R's but it's not worth it IMOP. It is much more convenient to load from a USB drive and will cost about the same.

Are you hardmoded or softmoded? If you are softmoded what guide didyou follow? What are you using to launch the games?

You probably need to softmod again... Try following one of the 4.1 guides on this site
    4.1e, Bootmii/boot2, Cios Rev17, Darkcorp 1.0, cMios Rev5(Mios 10 base), WiiFlow, Neogamma 8 r17, Seagate Expansion Drive 1TB
