Band Hero Freezes when I select songs, after upgrading GH5 DLC

I have a 4.2U softmodded wii, using the 4.2 guide here. It has been working fine and I have had Band Hero installed for months now. I just recently did the GH5 dlc hack that is on here, and ever since then, whenever I select songs on BH, it freezes on me. I had to update the wii shop channel and I updated that with wiiscu. I included a syscheck to see if I screwed up any of the IOS's. any help will be welcomed.

I don't recall IOS 249 Rev 19 being required. Is this an older Wii? If you followed our 4.2 guide here, I'm wondering how almost all your IOS are trucha-enabled. Aside from that, you could always compare your IOS report against this.

its probably because I updated with pimp my wii. I believe it is an older wii, it was at 3.4 when I got it, and I accidentally updated to 4.2 before I modded it, and I used the 4.2 guide here. It was when I updated to do the gh5 dlc and 4.3 wii shop came out at same time. It would not let me access the wii shop until I updated to the 4.3 one, and that is when I started having the problems.

edit:Should I update 222/223? that is the only thing i see different and has some to do with the USB capabilities?
