Angry HELP! (ret = -2011) cIOS AND Wad Manager ERRORS!

PLEASE help me! No matter what I do, when I try to install .wads such as NeoGammaR7 and "IOS36..." I get an error that says something like "(ret = -2011)" and sometimes "(ret = -1035)", BUT my MAIN problem is when I'm trying to install custom ios and I get the "(ret = -2011)" error. I have a Wii 4.1u. I can uninstall everything I got on it and do what you say JUST HELP!!! Please post me a fresh guide on how to install wads and cios on 4.1. And BTW, I've used google, this site, many others, AND youtube but I haven't found an answer so please just help me and don't point me to old links. TY.

You should follow a wiihacks recommended softmod guide. I don't recall the current ones including Neo Gamma R7. Also, be aware there's an Error Index that both describes the error and how to solve it. Since you didn't post in the Intro Section of the site as a new user (something you are encouraged to do), allow me:

Below are some basics that you will need on your journey!!

Please start here our: Wiihacks Master Index, it contains many great links and if a great asset.
There are two different routes that you can choose for modding your wii. You can either Hard-mod your wii with mod-chips or you can Soft-mod. We have a in-house trusted supplier for mod-chips Here, very trusted site, and great customer service. When and if you going to hard-mod your wii there is a great section here on the forum. Mod-Chip Section
On the Flip-Side you can soft-mod you wii using only a SD Card... The guides that are here have been tried and tested and do work... DON'T FOLLOW FAIL-TUBE VIDS.... The first step that you need to do is find out what system menu version your wii is. After you find out that piece of information there are two guides that you can use.
If you are on 3.1-4.1 system menu you can use the guide by dogeggs: [[Guide]]
If you are on the 4.2 system menu the you can use the guide by Shadowsonic2: [[Guide]]
Along the journey of modding your wii you might run into errors when trying to mod the software or install software on your wii. Members have created a list for this and can be accessed here: Wiihacks Error Index, most if not all of the errors are in there and how to fix them. If there is a certain guide that you are looking for or dont know if there is one yet well look no further: Wiihacks Guide Index (by username)

OK, umm, what exactly is the whole intro section post thing? Anyways, I only want a program that can load Backups on the wii, but since I don't have cios, is that possible?

Gotta have a cios or a modchip.

We encourage first-time posters to post in the Introduce Yourself section of the site. There they get a personal greeting along with links to our more popular items of interest (what I gave you in post #2 in this thread). Please follow the advice I gave you, the link is there. We're a learning/teaching site, meaning we don't do it for you --- the purpose of this is to make you a better user.

Be aware, we enforce the rules you had previously agreed to accept --- one of those is language. You should fully read the rules, they are there for your benefit.
