    Unhappy Verbatim DvDs.

I was just wondering if I could use a Verbatim DvD + R to burn my games in because the stores here don't sell Verbatim Dvd - R's. Also they have Maxwell Dvd - R's, but I am not sure if thats a reliable brand for the Wii.

So my main question: Should I buy Verbatim Dvd +R's or Maxwell Dvd - R's? (for wii burning)

I've also had quality memorex dvd-r's work. The cheaper memorex dvd's did not however. If you're not using verbatim dvd-r discs I would just buy a few -r's of the other brand to test out before you got a spindle of 100. It's hit and miss when you venture outside of using verbatim, but sometimes you'll find some that work. Do not use +r's because of what narse said.

Only brand we really suggest is verbatim. If we went beyond that there would a thousand threads asking "Do Hopastank DVD+/- RW type 2 discs work?" Try at your own risk.
