Wii won't turn on (Green Light)

I performed a search and came up empty so... I restored my NAND last night and upon turning my Wii on today I get a green light but no signal to my tv. I tried unplugging the power cord and changed out the video cable but still nothing, does anyone know what has happened and if I can even fix it?
    Thanks in advance.

    Isn't this place great?

On your harddrive (file name: Bliepo.crazy)
I will assume you have bootmii as boot2. If that is the case, try booting bootmii (place the appropriate files on your SD). If it doesn't boot, it could be that the composite output is broken.
Awesome sig picture does not work

I do have bootmii as boot2 but regardless of SD card there is no signal detected on my tv. I'd hate to think the composite output is broken - never thought of that.

UPDATE: I reformatted my SD card, I can now get to the bootmii menu but I can't load 'Wii' or 'The Homebrew Channel' - I get a 'signal not detected' on my tv. I tried again to restore my nand backup but it still didn't work.
When I click the info icon in bootmii menu it reports SysMenu: unknown, boot1b boot2v4

    apps- bootmii-
download the 4.1 nand formater for your region
    Extract it to sd:/
Load it from the bootmii sd menu.
