    Snes9x gx vs Virtual Console

Has anyone noticed if there is any difference between them, like frame rate, sound quality etc? I play mostly on the emu so havent been able to try any snes VC games, as I dont get video via component, tried the A+2+Z fix which doesnt work for me.

Interesting question. I personnaly noticed heavy differences between the vc version of the castlevania games and the emulator version, while both Mario bros 3 versions looked alike.
Emulation quality may be lower for games with on-board chipsets, while the vc may handle them better because they have their own adapted emulator.

I can't exactly answer your question though...

edit: looks like I played necromancer there

I think on the emulator is better since you cann add filters to make the image smoother. I've tried several on both and emulator has a quality plus with the with the filters. The pros of VC if a quick launch

I haven't noticed any big differences between the two. I personally stick to the emulators. Granted, VC games have neat little channels -- but why wastes precious NAND space?
