Thread: Wii DVD ISO player

    Wii DVD ISO player

I have a new WII which has the "D2D"? drive (I think) anyway its the one that won't read backup disks.
Its softmodded to run games from external USB and I was wondering if there was a way to play DVD movies from the Ext USB drive? (Not avi's or anything like that)
Preferably play direct from ISO which will have the VideoTS folder within?

I believe it is possible to play a DVD from an external USB device. You cannot however, play an ISO file directly. You will have to extract it first. Using Mplayer CE, you can use the open menu to navigate to the Video TS folder and then open video_ts.ifo (or something like that).
Awesome sig picture does not work
