    A Halo At Mid-day in Grenada.

    Was at School today when we got dismissed for lunch, looked up and we saw this. Several people including me tried to get a good shot but it was too bright. Two people actually managed;

    Not my photos. Credit to the original takers. I might have actually succeeded in taking one but haven't even looked at what I took.

    That is pretty cool. Talk about the eye in the sky. Thanks ShadowSonic for sharing.

    This made me curious what causes that kind of effect and I found this, for anyone interested:

    wow that's interesting I saw this the other week at night (moon not sun) didn't get a pic of it.
