is this a good soldering iron?

will the one in this website work on wii modchip soldering or should it not have a grounded tip?

RadioShack.com - Cables, Parts & Connectors: Tools & soldering equipment: Soldering tools & supplies: 15-Watt Soldering Iron with Grounded Tip

No Radioshack soldering iron is no good they are not isolated properly to handle heat sensitive components......Use weller adjustable soldering iron I've been using that iron for the past 8 years, I used it for everything. (including rebuilding the diode plate in alternators).
Thanks everyone for the great support.
