Well SNEEK is still coming along. We'll see where it goes, but it does have a lot of potential right now. Given the increased level of competency in each new homebrew app generation, eventually there won't be much left on the Wii console that isn't hacked/able.
WODE's nice because you've got a one-time install process and you don't have to manually manipulate the system files. You can safely update without cause when N releases new firmware, and utilizing the whole package a very simple process. It's a privilege at a premium, and it works quite well from the reports I've read.
Either way, it's ultimately your decision: Do whatever suits your needs most and you're willing to hold/shell out for.
