    Loading no more heroes...

    Hi,

I have the NTSC version of No More Heroes. I loaded the ISO to my WD Passport drive with WBFS manager no problems.

The problem I had initially was when I load the NTSC version of NMH using USB Loader GX (or NeoGamma R7) I get a green screen, the PAL version works fine.

I now upgraded USB Loader GX to rev 874c, now when I load the NTSC version I get a black screen instead of green. I've tried Force NTSC and AutoPatch, and these don't make a difference.

I am running a Pal Wii version 4.0E. USB Loader GX 1.1 rev 874c (latest), IOS 249 rev 14.
The version of NMH is palfixed, whether that makes any difference?

Anyone come across this before, and know how to overcome it, I really want to see some blood splattering action!!

    Download CIOSr17 from this site

    http://www.wiihacks.com/member-submi...-been-released.

Im not sure about CIOS Rev18 as Ive not tested it, but NTSC No more heroes works on CIOS rev17 with my PAL wii.
Please Click Thanks if I Helped

Also I didnt use a pre-patched ISO, mine is a straightforward NTSC Rip, and I just use the AUTO patch option in WiiFlow

OK, I've just updated the cIOS to 38 rev 17. I've tested both NeoGamma R7 and USB Loader GX running IOS 249 rev 17 ( NeoGamma results in green screen, using force PAL or force NTSC), USB Loader GX results in black screen, tried force NTSC, Force PAL, and Autopatch and still a black screen.

Any ideas on what else I could try?

signCheck - WiiBrew download this if it gives you 4 files when you extract just put them in folder call it signcheck put the folder in your apps folder on sd then run it in homebrew follow the screen prompts when done it will leave a .csv file on the root of your sd open it and see it will tell you what ios you have and what version .

If the softmod guides were followed, you should have IOS53 already. if not, you can find it on this site anyway.

I will run the signcheck file and let you know what IOS its running. Is IOS53 required to run NMH NTSC on a PAL Wii?

Game IOS's are not region sensitive so IOS53 will be same on NTSC as PAL. If you need IOS53, you can get it from this site, Im not sure of what tutorial I saw it on, but it is here if you use the search..s
