Update your Wii and follow the latest 4.2U Softmodding Guides (it's just easier to have an update Wii for certain things I find).

After you've done this you should have a homebrew channel from which you should be able to install Gamecube Loader Apps in, which should play the PAL Region Games.

Look on wiibrew for some apps.

I've read that you should just be able to play them no matter what, but if not this may be a workaround for you. If you need anymore help just ask.

The launcher should offer to use a different region mode by pressing a button on the gamecube controller at the main screen.

i have tried all the options for the diffrent regions.
i either get no videowith sound or black and white video with sound.
could it be a bad disk?

Is it a retail disk or a backup disk?

Some out of region games will not play correctly, try getting a NTSC copy of the game.

I would take stomp's advice on that, he has messed around with the gamecube loading more than anyone else I know here.
