Does the wii takes high speed SD card?

Yes, it will work. What will not work is a SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) card. The card you have linked is not SDHC and so you can use it with the Wii.
And what about USB storage, any limitation?
to clarify, no SDHC means a 2gb cap on the cards you can use?
Yes, since more than 2GB cards are automaticly SDHC.. ie, all 4GB+ cards are SDHC
Danm.. i just bought an 8gb usb and it doesn't work!
i found out that anything bigger than 2GB doesnt work on the Wii.
hope this helps
Nope thats not correct. Standard SD cards come upto 4GB. Kingston, Transcend, Sandisk all make them but they are becoming less frequent as most newer devices use SDHC cards. here is a link for one of those

So the question is that can you use a Standard 4GB SD card in a Wii or is it limited to 2GB as well?
Hey just to let you guys know ive bought the Transcend 4GB Secure Digital (SD) Flash Card Model TS4GSD150 - Flash Memory, tried on the wii didnt show up there was no block number and i couldnt copy and save data over, so quessing its doesnt work and the limit is 2gb then.
I can assure you all, and as others have already mentioned, the limit of the memory cards is 2GB. I've personally verified it with Nintendo directly.
If I'm not mistaken, I think SDHC cards start at 4GB and go up from there...and yes other 4GB cards are standard speeds. You don't need SDHC anyway on your Wii...thats more for digital camera's writing between 1-5 MB pics to memory.
Take it from me and other Wii owners, this card is cheap and works:
