Unhappy HELP: cant't add certain gamres to drive!

I have some games on my hard drive that when ever i try to copy to a friends, my hard drive says "done, copied" but then my friends says "error occurred while loading drive. Make sure the drive is not in use or open and that it has been formatted to WBFS format", then the drive won't load and the game is not on there.

I am using WBFS manager and i have tried extracting the ios and then putting it on but the same thing happens, the games include Mini Ninjas and others

Does every game after the error occurs create a problem, I think you have corrupted the new hard drive by adding & removing games and due to the way WBFS allocates new unallocated space from an old deleted game and by doing it over & over again you may caused a bad MBR table and either you just accept what is or start over.

You could try burning the ISO to a DVDR and installing from the DVDR to the USB HDD, providing ofc that the Wii allows this method, then see what the result is?
Please remember your manners - say Thank You if someone helped , it doesn't hurt

Not every game does this just MiniNinjas and Just Dance, both games are on my hard drive and play fine on mine and his wii.

Also I thought about the hard drive may have been corupted or somehing like that so I reformated his drive not that long ago and added all the games again, then the error still remained

The DVD is a good sugestion but I don't have any DVDs spair and don't even know what to do, or even if his wii can play games like that

The only thing I can suggest now is to not to stress too much over a game or two, consoles and disks of all types can be really quirky and unique to the situation.

I would see if I could, at some time in the future, get the game again, not from your hard disk ofc, but wherever else you deem to be best, and see if it still corrupts when put on.

If it does, then his disk may be corrupted or have bad sectors, if it doesn't then it is your copy on your HDD.

Really no point in persevering with something that plainly does not work.

I supose you are right it is only two games I'll try downlaoding a new coppy and putting that on, but it will probally be like a week before I can do this cos I only come to my friends on Saturdays and I don't think he'll give me his drive, lol

It may be his PC cos it is rap with a capital C
