Using your Serial number info and looking at the following wii drive chip guide you should be able to determine your wii's drive chip type after which you will be able to determine which modchip will work for you.

Yea I saw that but it says

"lu3 wiis are mostly d2c wiis but lu3000 wiis are d2a/d2b/dms wiis."

    Mines "LU33027526[0]"
Is that an Lu3 or an Lu3000 ?

    Thanks again

According the Wii tracker (Nintendo-Scene Wii Serial Tracker)
Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-D2C.
Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut.

its a regular d2c so you can use the wasabi ...wiizard or d2pro..if you want to do solderless then go with d2pro with clip since no wire is required for soldering with the new firmware...we flash all the chips with the new firmware before shipping
