WiiSX - Final Fantasy VIII issue

After a few good hours of getting an ECM file of Final Fantasy VIII and then changing it back to a BIN file, I got WiiSX installed on my using the homebrew channel.

I have everything needed (The game file, the file needed to run the emulator, etc.) Yet, when I select the BIN file and run the game, all I get is a black screen.

I can upload a video if needed....

    Any tips?

WiiSX is not very good if your looking for accurate gameplay and graphics I wouldn't even bother with it to be honest.

The only games I've had work with WiiSX were MegaMan8 and Castlevania SotN. But even then the audio and cutscenes were laggy and unacceptable.

Alright, so I have the FF8 CDs, is there anyway to get the Bin file from the CD? What do I copy?

Use cdrwin to extract a .bin and .cue file

Never quantify your life by comparison. It is always going to be apples to oranges. If you feel the need to always look down on others, you currently do not own enough mirrors------ Tommie Griffin.
