Thread: New Section - Wii Usenet

    New Section - Wii Usenet

May I suggest a new sub-forum, along the lines of Wii Torrents, be created, that of:

    Wii Usenet

With sub sections headed something like:

    Usenet Help/Support

    Latest Wii NZBs

    Thanks

I prefer Itchycats for usenet. No having to fish around for a appropriate nzb tracker.

Thats not a bad idea lfc, but i think its prob best left to sites that specialise in such things like merlins portal...unless anyone thinks different?
just checked itchycats, what a joke! 70 days retention for $24?! astraweb are offering 500+ days retention for $11! time to switch i think

I can vouch for www.usenetserver.com having used them for some time now. Great value for what they offer. SSL as standard, spooling up to 500+ days retention, all the usual stuff. Might be worth using them rather some other which are a bit of an unknown

Itchycats updates their NZB's constantly so thats never a problem. What I like about the site is that they have their own download which does everything for you. Downloads, extracts, & cleans up.

I was only suggesting we have a section so that others could be guided towards the places that do these things best, similar to how the torrents forum/sub-forums is run.

Not posting nzb links per se, but new games can be found here & here (with here representing a named place that has xxx game) and if someone is looking for a game (like they do in torrents) then links can be posted as to where to go, not the posting of nzb files as attachments or downloads.

When you mention usenet, just offering up a guide and some links does it no justice, and seeing as I downloaded Windows 95 on floppies & PS1 CDs from usenet many years ago, some of us have knowledge of how the big machine works

Offering guidance rather being spoon fed
