Question Can I get a simplified list of hb's that work for 4.2U virgin/updated.

Since there are so many homebrews, can someone please post a simplified list with two categories of "WORKS" / "DONT EVEN FRICKIN TRY UNLESS YOUR BUILDING A HOUSE" for a Wii v4.2 virgin/updated or for any other versions for that matter. I know there are link....but we will be here for a year following links... just a suggestion. If there is one...point the way.

Huh? Haven't run into any apps I couldn't run on 4.2. Post up which apps you're having trouble with and maybe someone can help out.

In my infinite wisdom, I updated my Wii to v4.2U....I have not downloaded/installed any homebrew's. The cherry has not been popped on my Wii.... So I guess my question would be where to start so I can play ISO's/ DVD-R's etc. I'm not really looking to "Pimp My Wii" Just a little unlocking so I can play "back-ups" and a movie or two along with getting some extra channels.

4.2 guide in my sig. Will allow you to run backups, homebrew apps, etc.

    Found an answer here..

but I would still like to find a "shopping cart" type site that lists the homebrews, their purpose, download links, ratings....basically....can grandma navigate her way through site....might take some money though...sort of like when you go to tucows...instead of having 5280 search windows up looking through them.

For an on-console listing you can use Homebrew Browser to read about, download, and install your homebrew apps.

Also a welath of knowledge at WiiBrew.

Already surfed those, again...link after link after link, search after search after search. The tutorial for getting started here is what I was really looking for.....thanks for lookin out. I just got really tired of going to 300 sites that eventually all took me back to the original site where the download comes from...and it still was not the download i was originally searching for in the beginning. There is a good list on here, just not dumbed down....really, a person should not be doing this if they need a "dumbed down list" but it happens...hence the ample supply of bricked Wii's from experienced users.
