Can you reformat from WBSF to fat or NTFS if external drive doesnt work

    Hi all

thanks for the help already and excellent site.

I wanted to use a external USB drive with my USB loader GX.

Its a enclosure with I think a IDE Samsung 200 gig drive in it.

I cant really know for sure if it will work without trying it.

If I format it to WBSF to try, can it be reformatted back to fat or NTFS for use again with a PC?

    Many thanks

to put back to fat or NTFS would I have to use a special format program or just plug back in PC then reformat.

Seems silly question but WBSF isnt a standard format so thought is check

you should only need to plug it into pc. go to computer management and it should show up under drive management with format options. if you do need a special program there are plenty of free ones on the web.
