No you need a program called WBFS Manager, and the thumb drive must be formatted to WBFS. Go here: http://wbfsmanager.codeplex.com/

You need to format it to WBFS using WBFS Manager which is available for download here:
WBFS Manager - Release: WBFS Manager 2.5

Install it and insert your usb. Run it and format it. Using WBFS Manager, install the iso onto the disc. I'd recommend buying an external hard drive instead as a 8 GB USB probably won't hold more than 4 ISO.

    having a problem with this.
I formated my NTFS external drive in WBFS, and extracted one game (super mario bros wii).

Then i connected the external drive in port 0, and started up USBloader. It find the game, but when i boot it this error message comes up:

    "An error has ocurred.
Press the eject button, remove the disk and turn off the power to the console.
please refer to the wii operations manual for details. "

I have also tried with wiiflow, but i have the same problem there.
