Help! Totally at a loss USB LOADER

I have followed all of the softmodding walkthroughs on this site to install homebrew and I believe everything was done correctly. I curently have a 4.2U version wii. Problem is that every time I try to run any back up/ISO or USB loader, my screen goes black, the lights go out ont he controller and the wii freezes. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get past this issue? Its starting to make me pull my hair out. ITs like nothing wants to work no matter what I do.

Are you sure you did everything? Such as eliminating the Stub IOS249 and installed cIOS38r14? Thats needed in order to run loaders.

Well the 4.2 system update installs a Stub IOS249 so you can't load cIOS38r14 in it's place. It has to be deleted before you can install the wonderful cIOS which allows backup loaders to work. If you don't know what the stub249 is then you apparently havn't done all the steps in the guide.

Again POST JACKING IS AGAINST THE RULES. You should start your own thread to get the proper help you require.

Patience is key, remember we [meaning MODS and us active members] don't get paid for this. And sometimes it takes us time to help find the answer for you.
