Copying backups to USB questions
I basically got a game backup, though I I'm not sure if I did things right.
I've formatted my 8GB usb to the right format.
Basically a lot of guides talk about partitioning the USB, which I didn't do, so will that mess things up? Though I'm not going to be putting anything but games on the USB
The game ISO size is what they say it should be 4,699,979,766kb, so that means I don't have to use wii scrubber, right?
Last question, I'm copying the ISO to the USB using WBFS, and so far it's been 40 minutes and only about 50% done, is that normal? My system's fairly up-to-date: Dual email@example.com GHZ, 4GB of memory and a new 7200RPM HD.
Thanks for all the awesome guides
there is no need for partitioning on a drive of that size. this is usually done so that the drive can be used in multifunction. and a particular partition should not be larger than 500 gig. and yes it does take a while to transfer a file of that size, this is why most ppl dont use small flashdrives like that. it takes more time putting games on and taking them off. when a large external harddrive only needs the file moved once and has enough room to accomidate more files
