You don't say what system menu you are on, I would use one of these guides, if that fails restoring a recent nand is not so bad.

If you are starting from scratch, new 3.1-4.1 written by Dogeggs

If you already have Homebrew, upgrade to 4.1 written by Dogeggs

If you want or are already on 4.2, complete 4.2 guide written by Messie

thanks for the quick reply...and im on 4.1....i dont fully understand the whole ios thing....i know i can load every one but ios there a way i can simpley repair 60? or is it not ment to be used?....if the answer is on one of the above links dont respond i havent checked them yet...also some reason nand says the stuff saved to the sd card is for another wii...any idea what that is all about ? do i have to use a certain ios? but thanks again....

ps i was following the first link guide u posted im pretty sure im finished...just when i use ios 60 i get the check manual error....everything else seems to work got the homebrew channel and neogamma backup loader...on my sys screen....
