yeah that seems legit. If it says OEM then your good. That means its from the original manufactors. If its a non oem, it means its a bootleg, or third party product.

I wondered these also, in the end late one night i won a remote/nunchuk/jacket for AUD$ 27 delivered, i thought for the money i'd risk it - when i got it had japanese nintendo stickers on it and from i can tell and what the seller said was that it was a japanese oem item and certainly looks and feels and works like my 2 other genuine remotes.

I bought one off ebay, around $30 shipped for remote and nunchuck - shipped from Brooklyn. Looks authentic except for a couple small stickers inside the battery area. Using this the cursor is twitchy in most games, but everything else seems to work normal.

Personally, I don't know if I would buy again.

with all due respect, i will never order anything with ELECTRONIC MOVING PARTS from ebay... theres no warranty or guarantee at all for it to work... the last time i tried to order a mouse and webcam from from ebay and sadly they both DOA...

since then i never bought anything from ebay with moving parts involved. thats just my 2 cents
