    Formatting WBFS Problem

I have an external hard drive that I plugged into my computer and ran WBFS Manager 3.0. When I format the hard drive, it says it was successful and everything, but when I plug it into my Wii and bootup any of the three USB loaders, it says there is no WBFS partition and asks if I want to make one. If I do make one, it succesfully does it, but when I plug it into my computer, it says it detects no partition and asks if I want to format it. What am I doing wrong? Is there another program I could use?

make sure you format it correctly first with a tool or windows tool, and make it primary and active. also make sure there is no unpartitioned space inf ront of the partition
