anyway to start a channel without clicking "start"

is there a way with startpatch (new patch maybe?) to have it auto click the start button on channels?

    just a little thought...

This would be a great hack

I agree that this would be a great little hack. I searched the entire forum for any thread with "start" and couldn't find anything relevant to starting a channel without having to press "start." Anybody know the answer to this?

Do you mean autoboot? Otherwise I can't imagine what you could mean since clicking start is probably one of the easiest thing in this world to do.

I am pretty I have seen something about that on here. Maybe in reference to usb loader auto starting. Not sure on what you need to set it up, but I think its priiloader..........dont flame me if I am wrong! An expert will chime in eventually.

I think he's talking about the very bottom of WiiJohn's post #1 in the thread here.

    Edit: or WiiJohn's thread here.

Not autoboot. When you click on a channel you have two options: 1) Wii Menu, 2) start. Of course clicking "start" is easy, but it's totally unnecessary. Other hacks are around for less obtrusive annoyances. For example, there is a priiloader hack for turning off all system menu music.Turning the volume down on your TV and then turning it back up when the game begins would also be easy, it's unnecessary- thus the reason the hack exists.

Yea, I know what you mean. They do indeed have some silly hacks out there, one more wouldn't hurt I suppose lol.

You could mount the remote to a triipod, point it at the TV and rig a hydraulic pulley system to press A for you?
But you would probably have to start the hydraulics every time...so not much of a solution.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Or the massive undertaking of moving one's digit or thumb into position (gee, whaddya think, you already are doing when playing games on it)?
