What stage did you get to when you experienced the problem? What tutorial did you follow? Was yours at 3.4e too when you did it? Did you install bootmii as boot2 or as IOS?

You misunderstood the tutorial, in particular these words.

Preloader doesn't work with 3.4 and that's the reason why you bricked it.

If you installed Bootmii as boot2 then you can recover this.

When you start the Wii do you get the bootmii screen, you know the one with 4 boxes? One says, Wii, one says Homebrew etc...

Yes it is. You'll need a Gamecube controller, original or third party as Wiimote's don't work under bootmii's control.

    All you need do is:-

Get into HBC through bootmii, load this mod of wad manager Wad.Manager.1.5.Folder.wiiNinja.Mod3.rar

    Install this IOS50 v4889.wad IOS50-64-v4889.wad

    Then Install System Menu 3.4 v386 3.4E-System Menu-PAL-v386.rar

Reboot and and you are good to go.

You put WAD manager into SD:/apps
    and the wads into SD:/wad
