Bricked Wii, Have Bootmii, but no NAND backup :(

I have bootmii but no NAND backup as I did not have a 512mb+ sd card to backup, brick happened when I was experimenting with Softmii.

trying to load system menu through Bootmii yields Black screen
trying to load HBC through bootmii also yields a black screen

however I have been using cboot2 to get certain types of homebrew to load to try and rescue my wii, but I don't know where to start any tips?

then you could try reinstalling your system menu with a wad.

This might work, but it all depends on exactly what you did to cause the brick, there is probably easier ways, but as your noit very specific about the cause, its difficult to say.

I don't think this will help your fundamental problem but its worth knowing. Earler bootmii will link to earlier HBC. If you have latest HBC you will need latest bootmii, to link to HBC.

if you need any other information i can try and answer it.

thats the point, I tried installing my system menu again (PAL Wii so i got 4.0E wad) and it successfully installed but still gave a black screen, im thinking I just chose the wrong IOS in wad manager? (it was set to default as 249) but i had to install cIOS60 first before i could install my 4.0E wad incase to make problems worse as what I was directed.
