I can still get into preloader and HBC and I have been trying everything to unbrick it. i tried the UUDv2 using neogamma....that didnt work...i have tried to remove the .wad but cannot seem to be able to do it....any help would be much appreciated.

Well its a good thing you can still access preloader and HBC. You need to uninstall the WADS that are causing the damage. if that doesnt work, i don't know what will. Oh, and can you be more specific as to what happens when you try to uninstall the wads?
Im so pro at mario kart.

ok well i messed up first off by using my wii controllers on another wii cause now i cant sync em back to mine. and i am using a gamcecube controller.

when i go to wad manager it says press a to start and i do but nothing happens it just freezes on that screen. is there another program I can use?

you have to get the wad manager that uses the gamecube controller...original wad manager only can use a wii remote, google for it you should find it or search here i'm pretty sure i've seen it on this forum before.
once in wad manager uninstall the selected wad file, that should work

Are you able to select IOS249?

You should select SD card, as that's the easiest place for us to place files.

Make sure you don't have anything like bannerbomb on the SD, in fact if you are not sure just have the wad manager on there for now and report back.

You could run AnyRegionChanger, and install a fresh system menu if deleting the wads won't work.
