    Neogamma...Disc read error (1269)

after installing neogamma R7 with cIOS rev 14 to play my backups i get a disc read error 1269?? has anyone else encontered this problem..the game im tryin tio play is mario kart,on Gecko 1.9 it reads :

    Setting up drive..
    reading DVD stats..
    Loading title..

    game id: RMCPO1
no sd codes found (i deleted them off so i know this is correct)

    then it just hangs...nothing,just freezes

could it be the media i am using or does error 1269 mean something more specific?? any help appreciated and thanks will be given.

P.S im new to wii hacking and as of yet this is the only backup i have tried,i have all correct cIOS and im running 3.2E so i know its nothing im missing software related.

I manage to back up most of my games, one of my games i can't back up is my need for speed. i have 3.4u, HBC,back up launcher, neo gammar7, ciso 38 installed...i burned need for speed at 4x cause it won't go any lower on a phillips dvd-r and i tried on a gigaware dvd-r. i ran the iso through vmu and it says no updates and i am safe! the game is ntsc...when i load the game it says dvd error (1269) I don't know how to fix this, if anyone get time please do reply

bluebamboo, u're playing a european version of Mario_Kart. should be fine on 3.2E. it freezes, probably, due to improper media/burn, or should use 1.9.2 or higher version.
as it's ur only backup. was it burnt at very slow speed, (e.g. 2x) with 16x dvd-r ?
