For an app to appear in hbc, your SD Card Should look like this:
    X:/apps/Wad Manager/boot.dol

(x stands for the root of the SD Card)

put that Wad manager v1_4.dol file in a new folder and name it Wad Manager. Rename the WAD-Manager v1.4.dol to boot.dol, now take the wad manager folder you just made and drop it in the apps folder on your Wii SD card. Now when you boot homebrew channel you should see the wad manager folder.
