New Wii Motherboard on Bricked Wii

Just wondering but if I were to buy this motherboard:

New Wii DVD Drive D2C motherboard mobo - eBay (item 250457474615 end time Aug-02-09 03:40:22 PDT)

Then replace it with the one on my bricked wii, my wii should be fine right?

I noticed there are more than 1 D2C motherboards listed but one says mobo and one says main board like this one:

NEW Original Wii DVD D2C Drive Motherboard Main board - eBay (item 260446874741 end time Aug-13-09 20:08:07 PDT)

Can anyone explain which will i need to fix my wii?

the main board goes with the drive..that is wer you solder your modchips too..the motheboard mobo is the main thing you want..the first link is what you want..
