    Trouble updating roomates Wii

My roomate's Wii already has HBC and some other stuff installed, but he hasn't touched it in months so I'm trying to update it so I can play a WiiWare game and it's not-yet-officially-released extra chapters.

I've tried following every tutorial I can find but it seems like no matter what I do I keep hitting error -2011 in Wad Manager (v1.4)

I'm pretty new to this, and I'm not 100% what my roomate has already done.

    The Wii is on 3.3U
    HBC menu says 1.0.3, IOS51 v18.25

That's basically all the info I can gather. I have no clue what cIOS it's on and don't know how to find that out. Ideally I'd like to be able to get to 4.0U with HBC and Wad Manager working. Again, everything I try to install hits me with that -2011 error.

If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. I've been jumping back and forth between my laptop and the Wii for a few hours now trying to find something that will actually install...

I went ahead and updated the console to 4.0U. At first HBC didn't work, so I used the bannerbomb exploit to reinstall it.

I'm still getting the same -2011 error no matter what I try to install in WAD Manager 1.4, wheter it be wiiware games or a new cIOS

Does that error mean anything in particular? If I knew that I might be able to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Is it related to the IOS version I pick when first starting up WAD Manager?

EDIT: I just noticed that HBC now says IOS61 v19.26 in the top corner instead of IOS51 v18.25. Also, when I was reinstalling HBC there was some info in the installer that said Installer 34, HBC 61, DVDX 36. Not sure if any of that means anything, but thought I give all the info I have.
