USBloader without any mods to Wii

Since the bannerbomb exploit has been released is there a way to do the following

Execute a USBloader to access a harddisk with games but not install any IOS/cIOS/HBC/Channels etc

I.e. is there a usbloader that is a dol that loads all the code it needs inside itself.

This would be the safest way without modding the wii.

To put it simply, not at this time. The Wii needs certain IOS's that act as drivers for things like USB 2.0, which the Wii does not natively support. This is needed because 1.1 is too slow to read games from a USB HDD. But, with the breakthrough of BootMii, new possibiltities will arrise. There is no need to be afraid of installing IOS's though, unless you do something stupid like pull out the SD card or turn the Wii off in the middle of install, but I doubt you'd do that. And don't be scared of the Big N, Nintendo doesn't know/care if you have hacks installed.

Rather not modify the memory at all so wifi games can still be played without any issues.

If the direct access to the hardware is done inside the dol (which acts like an exe) then it should be possible to get a dol or multiple dols that load without having to install additional IOS.
Using the existing IOS should be able to complete the additional hardware except the USB Driver.

whatever cios been installed, can be uninstalled as required.
the joy of usb_loader is much more than the panic of bricking.
    haha~~
