Homebrew Channel compatibility with SDHC cards

    Hi everyone,

I just bought a 16GB Verbatium SDHC memory card for my Wii and while it works fine on the system menu, when I enter the HBC it will not attempt to load. Is there a way around this to load my homebrew apps and emulators.

My Wii system menu has been upgraded to version 4.0 and running Waninkoko's latest CIOS rev.

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Yeah everything is in the right place, the problem is the card isn't compatible with the HBC... very weird. While digging around last night I found this info on Wiibrew... i guess i'll be returning my Verbatim card

A lot of 8+GB SDHC cards are not compatible with HBC nor Wad manager as those apps havent been updated to work with the increasing amount of SDHC cards coming out. Hopefully HBC will get an update to work with more SDHC cards

Heres a link to the list of cards that have been tested with HBC
