    Exclamation Supported USB Devices?

ok peeps i'm a newbie but i'm learning, i've installed HBC via twilight Hack and i have USB Loader v1.5 as a chan i have rev9 and 10 installed im running 3.2U ok and now my problem i can access my HD via USB loader and i can even start most games i.e. Mario Tennis but when the game loads like entering a match, it always freezes at the same point. My diagnostics is my Harddrive i have connected is not fully compatible.

Is there a list of compatible Harddrive thumbdrives that i missed i've been looking over this site for over a week now please help thanks.

I haven't seen one on this site.

USB Loader is still bit of hit and miss when it comes to USB Hard Drive, and allot of them won't work.
For example im using a 320gb Westen Digital in a 2.5" enclosure, and the only way USB Loader will detect it is if i boot up Geexbox first.
Other people have got it working by reseting the wii and i've even read something about swapping the usb drive.

I am using a Western Digital WDME4000TN that has worked with no problems even after partitioning the drive several times already. Format the partition to fat32 and make sure it is primary not logical.

    That's a dead link.

    I've tested the following:

    3.5 Drives:

Seagate 1.5TB 7200.11 (not a good choice cause there is a 500 game limit with WBFS - you can't even quite fill a 1TB drive with 500 games - unless for some reason you are going to partition the drive)

Seagate 1TB 7200.11 (will still have a tiny bit of space you can't use)

SAMSUNG HD103UI 1TB (Eco green drive runs cooler than any I've ever had)

    Hitachi Deskstar 320gb

    Enclosures:

iStarUSA vAge120-SAU Tray-Less USB 2.0/ eSATA Combo-to-SATA External Storage System

Rosewill RX35-AT-SU BLK 3.5" Black USB 2.0 External Enclosure

macally T-S350SU 3.5" USB & eSATA External Enclosure

320GB SimpleDrive USB 2.0 External Hard Drive (uses the hitachi above)

    2.5 external USB powered drives

Western Digital Elements Portable WDE1MSBK4000BN 400GB External Hard Drive

    Cavalry CAUP25500 500GB 5400 RPM External Hard Drive PC-Ready

Hi- I have the 500gb Samsung S2. Formatted fine in WBFS man 3 added games also have 120gb fat32 partition on it.
All games added great, launch USB loader (latest ver along with CIOS R14 and all the trimmings) and USB loader says 0 games. Can browse the FAT32 partition though with USB loader so there must be enough power to it.
Anyone got this HD working or have a fix?
Cant believe I bought 3 of these for friends totally trusting the Wiki disk compatibility list which is now incidentally down for maintenance:-(?
