Please don't double post. The Wii supports 480P via component and wide screen. Make sure you have the right settings that support the TV you're using (and right cabling).
hi there not been on for ages!! anyhow i always donate for given help as its the least i can do. ok so its been a while around the time skylanders first came out!! my wii is hacked and i have priloader and usb loader with the games on and running well. been like that since i first hacked it. however i think i did something last time as the pictures not quite as crisp as it used to be, slight fuzzt lines if you look closely. i was thinking ive changed a setting or it needs an update. so hows best to check for updates ect? do i need to re read on how to hack the wii or is there a link or post for new update inputs?
think ive found the link i need basically going to go back through it all and re -do!!

Interlace will have jaggies. Progressive is a much cleaner output. You'd need R-G-B component cables (and the two stereo ones) for the Wii and attached not to AV2 (if composite) but rather the matching Red-Green-Blue connectors that are most often found on the rear of your TV. Also the Wii settings to match that - 480P (not 480I) and enable widescreen, presuming your TV is indeed widescreen.
thanks, our new tvs a bit of a minefield! lol for some reason it wont let me choose 480p only the 480i or the 5?? option. my tv is full hd! i have had to put the yellow, white, red cable into the yellow, white, red ext lead into the yellow port of the tv which says av2 i tried the other wire extension green red black and put into the component input but the picture turns out gray and fuzzy! only thing i could do was use the 50hrz option and its improved it slightly.
